  We put in a HOLD request from Nov. 20 - 28. On the 20th our mail was delivered. Called the branch and they confirmed our HOLD request and told me that the carrier for our street would be reminded of it. Each and every day we were gone, our mail was delivered! Thank goodness for our dear neighbor across the street who came over every day to collect the mail for us. The lack of service we receive from this branch is out of control. In addition to the above, we receive others' mail on average of three to four days a week! The employees at this branch simply don't care!
